Beef Kangkong in Soy

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 117 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Ground Beef
  • 59 g Red Onion
  • 90 g Water Spinach

Instructions

  1. Begin by dicing the tomatoes and finely chopping the red onion.
  2. Thoroughly wash the water spinach and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is fully browned. This should take about 8 minutes.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and chopped red onion to the pan with the beef. Cook together for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  5. Stir in the salt and ground pepper, adjusting the seasoning according to taste.
  6. Finally, add the chopped water spinach to the pan, cooking until wilted, about 2 minutes.
