Instructions
- Begin by dicing the tomatoes and finely chopping the red onion.
- Thoroughly wash the water spinach and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is fully browned. This should take about 8 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes and chopped red onion to the pan with the beef. Cook together for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the salt and ground pepper, adjusting the seasoning according to taste.
- Finally, add the chopped water spinach to the pan, cooking until wilted, about 2 minutes.
