Ingredients
- 400g Beef Tendons
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 205g Marble Potato
- 50g Red Bell Pepper
- 50g Green Bell Pepper
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 50g White Onion
Steps
- Sauté the beef tendons in diced garlic and tomatoes. No need to add oil since the beef releases the oil from the fat
- Add in the water and tomato sauce until the beef is covered. Boil for about 15-20min
- Add in the potatoes and bell peppers. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
