Beef Honey onion

Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1 onion (medium), Onion
  • 1 tbsp(s) Honey
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 200 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the onion.
  2. In a bowl, combine the beef sukiyaki meat with honey, salt, ground black pepper, and oyster sauce. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced onion until translucent and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until the beef is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
