Beef Egg Patty (One Patty per Serving About 3” Dia)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (0 g), Herb - Taragon (Dried)
  • 1 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
  • 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 15 g Garlic, raw
  • 3 medium Egg
  • 50 g Onion
  • 555 g Lean Ground Beef

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
  3. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, marjoram, tarragon, salt, black pepper, and lean ground beef to the bowl with the beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Preheat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Scoop out a portion of the beef and egg mixture and form into a patty approximately 3” in diameter.
  6. Place the patty in the preheated skillet, cooking for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
