- 1 tsp (0 g), Herb - Taragon (Dried)
- 1 tsp(s) Salt
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
- 15 g Garlic, raw
- 3 medium Egg
- 50 g Onion
- 555 g Lean Ground Beef
Instructions
- Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, marjoram, tarragon, salt, black pepper, and lean ground beef to the bowl with the beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Preheat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Scoop out a portion of the beef and egg mixture and form into a patty approximately 3” in diameter.
- Place the patty in the preheated skillet, cooking for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
