- 135 g Banana Blossom/ Flower
- 168 g Beef Brisket-raw
- 2 tsp(s) Spices, garlic powder
- 2 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
- 64 g Classic Pesto
Instructions
- Rinse the Banana Blossom under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the Beef Brisket into thin strips, making sure they are of uniform thickness for even cooking.
- Season the Beef Brisket strips with 2 teaspoons of black pepper and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the seasoned Beef Brisket strips until they are browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped Banana Blossom to the pan with the beef, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the banana blossom is tender.
- Stir in 64 grams of Classic Pesto to the pan, mixing well to ensure the beef and banana blossom are well coated with the pesto. Heat through for 2 minutes.
