Beef Banana Blossom Pesto

Ingredients

  • 135 g Banana Blossom/ Flower
  • 168 g Beef Brisket-raw
  • 2 tsp(s) Spices, garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
  • 64 g Classic Pesto

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Banana Blossom under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the Beef Brisket into thin strips, making sure they are of uniform thickness for even cooking.
  3. Season the Beef Brisket strips with 2 teaspoons of black pepper and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, cook the seasoned Beef Brisket strips until they are browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped Banana Blossom to the pan with the beef, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the banana blossom is tender.
  6. Stir in 64 grams of Classic Pesto to the pan, mixing well to ensure the beef and banana blossom are well coated with the pesto. Heat through for 2 minutes.
