Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup chopped, Peppers, sweet, green, raw
  • 0.50 pepper large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia), Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw
  • 1 cup Spinach - Raw
  • 1 cup Spiralized Carrot Noodles
  • 1 tsp(s) Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 128 g Corn Meat
  • 2 cup Bean
  • 3 cup chopped, Cabbage, red, raw

Instructions

  1. Chop 3 cups of red cabbage and 0.50 cup of green sweet peppers. Dice 0.50 large yellow sweet pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat 1 tsp of virgin coconut oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage and peppers to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened.
  4. Incorporate 2 cups of beans, 1 cup of spiralized carrot noodles, 1 cup of raw spinach, and 128 grams of corn meat into the pan. Stir well to combine.
  5. Continue to cook the mixture for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is heated through and the spinach has wilted.
