Ingredients
- 0.50 cup chopped, Peppers, sweet, green, raw
- 0.50 pepper large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia), Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw
- 1 cup Spinach - Raw
- 1 cup Spiralized Carrot Noodles
- 1 tsp(s) Virgin Coconut Oil
- 128 g Corn Meat
- 2 cup Bean
- 3 cup chopped, Cabbage, red, raw
Instructions
- Chop 3 cups of red cabbage and 0.50 cup of green sweet peppers. Dice 0.50 large yellow sweet pepper.
- In a large pan, heat 1 tsp of virgin coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped cabbage and peppers to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Incorporate 2 cups of beans, 1 cup of spiralized carrot noodles, 1 cup of raw spinach, and 128 grams of corn meat into the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Continue to cook the mixture for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is heated through and the spinach has wilted.
