Ingredients
- 0.50 whole Red Bellpepper
- 1 thigh Chicken Thigh
- 1 cup banana blossom
- 1 medium onion, White Onion
- 1 medium Carrots, raw
- 10 wraps Spring Roll Wrapper
- 30 g Yellow Bellpepper
- 30 g Lettuce (Iceberg)
- 6 clove Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Thinly slice the chicken thigh, carrots, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, and white onion.
- Shred the banana blossom and prepare lettuce leaves.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the chicken thigh slices, and cook for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside to cool.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion for about 5 minutes or until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the sliced carrots, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Combine the chicken, sautéed vegetables, and shredded banana blossom in a mixing bowl.
- Soak a spring roll wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until pliable.
- Place a lettuce leaf on the softened wrapper, then add a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture. Roll tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
