Ingredients

  • 0.50 whole Red Bellpepper
  • 1 thigh Chicken Thigh
  • 1 cup banana blossom
  • 1 medium onion, White Onion
  • 1 medium Carrots, raw
  • 10 wraps Spring Roll Wrapper
  • 30 g Yellow Bellpepper
  • 30 g Lettuce (Iceberg)
  • 6 clove Garlic, raw

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the chicken thigh, carrots, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, and white onion.
  2. Shred the banana blossom and prepare lettuce leaves.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the chicken thigh slices, and cook for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside to cool.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion for about 5 minutes or until fragrant and translucent.
  5. Add the sliced carrots, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  6. Combine the chicken, sautéed vegetables, and shredded banana blossom in a mixing bowl.
  7. Soak a spring roll wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until pliable.
  8. Place a lettuce leaf on the softened wrapper, then add a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture. Roll tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
  9. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
