- 0.50 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia), Peppers, sweet, green, raw
- 1 cup Chopped, Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter - Salted
- 18 g Spring Onion
- 2 cup banana blossom
- 200 g Beef Cubes
- 6 clove Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Begin by chopping the red onion, cutting the banana blossom into small pieces, dicing the green pepper, slicing the spring onion, and mincing the garlic cloves.
- Boil the banana blossom for 10 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef cubes. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
- Add the chopped red onion and diced green pepper to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the boiled banana blossom and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through and well-mixed.
- Garnish with sliced spring onions before serving hot.
