Balsamic Chicken Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.12 cup Tomato Boiled
  • 0.50 cup (72gm), Ice Berg Lettuce
  • 0.67 dash Salt, table
  • 1 tbsp Spices, pepper, white
  • 1 tsp(s) Balsamic Vinegarette
  • 1 oz Chicken Breast (Grilled)
  • 7.50 g All-Bran Regular

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and white pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken breast over medium heat until fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse the Ice Berg Lettuce under cold water and chop it.
  4. Boil the tomato for about 5 minutes, then allow to cool before chopping.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, chopped lettuce, and tomato.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle the All-Bran Regular on top of the salad for an added crunch.
