Ingredients
- 1.50 kg Sorakaya (Bottle Gourd)
- 200 g Chicken Livers
- 200 g gizzard
- 3 kg Free Range Chicken
- 3 large Egg, yolk, raw, fresh
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Clean the gizzard and chicken livers, separate the egg yolks, cut the free range chicken into serving pieces, and peel and chop the sorakaya (bottle gourd).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chicken pieces. Simmer for 20 minutes to cook the chicken thoroughly.
- Add the gizzard and chicken livers to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Incorporate the chopped sorakaya into the mix and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pot from the heat, and gently stir in the egg yolks to thicken the broth, ensuring the mix does not come to a boil again.
