Ingredients

  • 1.50 kg Sorakaya (Bottle Gourd)
  • 200 g Chicken Livers
  • 200 g gizzard
  • 3 kg Free Range Chicken
  • 3 large Egg, yolk, raw, fresh

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Clean the gizzard and chicken livers, separate the egg yolks, cut the free range chicken into serving pieces, and peel and chop the sorakaya (bottle gourd).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chicken pieces. Simmer for 20 minutes to cook the chicken thoroughly.
  3. Add the gizzard and chicken livers to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the chopped sorakaya into the mix and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the pot from the heat, and gently stir in the egg yolks to thicken the broth, ensuring the mix does not come to a boil again.
