Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1.50 ear small (5-1/2" to 6-1/2" long), Corn, sweet, white, raw
- 10 g Crutons
- 100 g Soft Tofu
- 100 g خس
- 20 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 350 g Angus Ribeye Steak
- 5.80 tomatoes One Single Cherry Tomato
Instructions
- Rinse the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn under cold water.
- Cook the sweet corn in boiling water for about 7 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Season the Angus ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Allow it to rest for a few minutes after cooking, then slice thinly.
- Cut the tomatoes into halves, slice the mozzarella cheese, and crumble the soft tofu.
- Cut the cooled corn off the cob.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, corn kernels, and tofu. Toss lightly to mix.
- Top the salad with croutons and the sliced steak.
- Serve immediately, accompanied by your dressing of choice.
