Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1.50 ear small (5-1/2" to 6-1/2" long), Corn, sweet, white, raw
  • 10 g Crutons
  • 100 g Soft Tofu
  • 100 g خس
  • 20 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 350 g Angus Ribeye Steak
  • 5.80 tomatoes One Single Cherry Tomato

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn under cold water.
  2. Cook the sweet corn in boiling water for about 7 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  3. Season the Angus ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Allow it to rest for a few minutes after cooking, then slice thinly.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into halves, slice the mozzarella cheese, and crumble the soft tofu.
  6. Cut the cooled corn off the cob.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, corn kernels, and tofu. Toss lightly to mix.
  8. Top the salad with croutons and the sliced steak.
  9. Serve immediately, accompanied by your dressing of choice.
