- 1 cup Chopped, Red Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tbsp Butter - Salted
- 1000 g Bitter Melon
- 2 large Egg
- 3 oz(s) Tomatoes
Instructions
- Rinse the Bitter Melon under cold water, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice thinly.
- Dice the tomatoes and chop the red onion. Mince the garlic clove.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the pan until they become soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add the sliced bitter melon to the pan and cook until it begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
