Ingredients

  • 0.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped, Red Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, raw
  • 1 tbsp Butter - Salted
  • 1000 g Bitter Melon
  • 2 large Egg
  • 3 oz(s) Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Bitter Melon under cold water, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice thinly.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and chop the red onion. Mince the garlic clove.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the pan until they become soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced bitter melon to the pan and cook until it begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the diced tomatoes and salt, cooking for another 3 minutes.
