- 100 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Green cabbage
- 2 tbsp(s) Putanesca Sauce

Instructions
- Begin by preparing your vegetables. Slice the capsicum, mince the garlic, chop the broccoli, slice the green cabbage, dice the red onion, chop the cauliflower, and slice the carrots.
- Open the package of Shirataki Noodles and rinse them thoroughly under cold water to prepare them for cooking.
- In a large pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced red onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the sliced capsicum, broccoli, green cabbage, cauliflower, and carrots to the pan. Cook for another 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Cut the adobo into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan together with the Putanesca Sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the prepared Shirataki Noodles to the pan and toss everything together. Heat everything for an additional 5 minutes to ensure the noodles are heated through.
