Ingredients

  • 0.25 l Adobo
  • 0.25 medium Red onion
  • 1 package Shirataki Noodles
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 100 g Cauliflower
  • 100 g Green cabbage
  • 2 tbsp(s) Putanesca Sauce
  • 6 clove , Garlic
  • 70 g Capsicum, Red (AUS)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your vegetables. Slice the capsicum, mince the garlic, chop the broccoli, slice the green cabbage, dice the red onion, chop the cauliflower, and slice the carrots.
  2. Open the package of Shirataki Noodles and rinse them thoroughly under cold water to prepare them for cooking.
  3. In a large pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced red onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the sliced capsicum, broccoli, green cabbage, cauliflower, and carrots to the pan. Cook for another 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Cut the adobo into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan together with the Putanesca Sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the prepared Shirataki Noodles to the pan and toss everything together. Heat everything for an additional 5 minutes to ensure the noodles are heated through.
