Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Thinly slice the red cabbage.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the thinly sliced red cabbage. Mix well.
