Adlai Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 20 g Cabbage, red, raw

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  3. Thinly slice the red cabbage.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the thinly sliced red cabbage. Mix well.
