Ingredients
- 1 tbsp(s) Tapioca Flour
- 1 tbsp Sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
- 1 tsp ground, Pepper
- 13 g Ginger root - Raw
- 135 g Diced White Onion
- 16 cup (8 fl oz), Water - Municipal
- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 276 g Beef Sirloin
- 290 g Beef Tripe
- 317 g Carrots, raw
- 5 g Spices, saffron
- 67 g Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Dice the carrots, white onion, and ginger. Mince the garlic.
- Thinly slice the beef sirloin and beef tripe into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the saffron, ground pepper, diced onion, ginger, minced garlic, sliced beef sirloin, and beef tripe. Lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the rinsed Adlai Rice to the pot and continue to simmer for 45 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and has absorbed the flavors.
- Stir in the fish sauce. In a small bowl, mix the tapioca flour with a bit of water to create a slurry, then stir it into the pot to thicken the goto.
