Adlai Bellpepper Rice

Ingredients

  • 101 g Red
  • 50 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 90 g Capsicum - Green

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, then set aside.
  3. Dice the red bell pepper and green capsicum.
  4. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced bell peppers for about 5 minutes until they're softened.
  5. Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the sautéed bell peppers. Stir until well combined.
