4 Ingredient Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 g Egg, Large Whole
  • 2 tsp(s) Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp Clabber Girl
  • 5 piece Saba

Instructions

  1. Peel the saba bananas and mash them thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they are well mixed.
  3. Combine the mashed saba bananas with the beaten eggs. Stir in the clabber girl (baking powder) until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Heat the virgin coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake mixture into the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve the pancakes hot.
