Ingredients
- 0.25 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
- 0.25 tsp(s) Rosemary, fresh
- 0.25 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 1 tsp(s) Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 100 g Pork Roast
- 15 g Abalone - Raw
- 15 g Capsicum Green
- 5 g Broccoli, raw
- 5 g Cabbage, red, raw
- 50 g Baked Salmon Steak
- 80 g Carrots, raw
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: slice the carrots, cut the abalone, broccoli, red cabbage, raw cabbage, and capsicum green into bite-sized pieces.
- Roast the pork roast in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the pork is roasting, bake the salmon steak in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Steam the sliced carrots, broccoli, red and raw cabbage, and capsicum green until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the roasted sesame dressing with thyme and rosemary.
- Once everything is cooked, arrange the pork roast, baked salmon, steamed vegetables, and abalone on a plate.
- Drizzle the mixed roasted sesame dressing over the dish before serving.
