Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp (5g) (1/2 tsp= clove), Spice World
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 100 g Fresh Salmon
- 150 g Broccoli, raw
- 72 g Cut Baby Corn
- 87 g Tomatoes
- 97 g Eggplant, raw
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Wash the broccoli, baby corn, tomatoes, and eggplant under cold water. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the baby corn diagonally, dice the tomatoes, and cut the eggplant into cubes.
- Season the vegetables and fresh salmon with salt, pepper, and Spice World according to taste.
- Arrange the vegetables and salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Ensure the salmon is placed skin-side down.
- Roast in the preheated oven until the vegetables are tender and the salmon is cooked through, approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve the roasted vegetables and salmon hot, seasoned with additional spices if desired.
