Ingredients

  • 1 -1/3 oz portion, Garden Salad with Turkey
  • 1 quarter Rotisserie Chicken quarter
  • 1 g Bananas, raw
  • 1 small (2-1/4" dia), Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), raw

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garden salad as per your preference or follow a basic salad recipe. Add the turkey portion on top.
  2. Peel the tangerine and segment it. Set aside for serving.
  3. Peel the banana and place it on your serving dish.
  4. Warm the rotisserie chicken quarter in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Arrange the salad, tangerine segments, banana, and warm chicken quarter on a plate and serve.
