Instructions
- Rinse 50g of grapes under cold water and set aside.
- Prep the 15.00g of Ginisang Pechay by washing and chopping it into bite-size pieces.
- Prepare 2.47 ounces of Beef Ground Mexican (Bison) by breaking it into smaller chunks for even cooking.
- Rinse and drain 56.50 grams of Mixed Chinese Vegetables.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed Chinese vegetables and ginisang pechay to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Gently toss in the grapes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
