Ingredients

  • 15 g Ginisang Pechay
  • 2.47 oz Beef Ground Mexican (Bison)
  • 50 g Grapes - Raw
  • 56.50 g Mixed Chinese Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Rinse 50g of grapes under cold water and set aside.
  2. Prep the 15.00g of Ginisang Pechay by washing and chopping it into bite-size pieces.
  3. Prepare 2.47 ounces of Beef Ground Mexican (Bison) by breaking it into smaller chunks for even cooking.
  4. Rinse and drain 56.50 grams of Mixed Chinese Vegetables.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  6. Add the mixed Chinese vegetables and ginisang pechay to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Gently toss in the grapes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
