Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the Mackerel (Saba Fish) under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the Mackerel on a lightly greased baking tray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
