2018/11/07 Dinner Adlai Adobo

Ingredients

  • 0.19 cup Blanched Green Beans
  • 138 g Bellpepper
  • 15 g Garlic, raw
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 60 g Red Onion
  • 95 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Blanch the green beans, chop the red onion, dice the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
  2. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and sauté the red onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until they're softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the coconut amino into the vegetable mixture and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  7. Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the vegetable and coconut amino mixture. Mix well and cook together for another 5 minutes.
