- 0.19 cup Blanched Green Beans
- 138 g Bellpepper
- 15 g Garlic, raw
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Amino
- 60 g Red Onion
- 95 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Blanch the green beans, chop the red onion, dice the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside.
- In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and sauté the red onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until they're softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the blanched green beans to the pan and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in the coconut amino into the vegetable mixture and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the vegetable and coconut amino mixture. Mix well and cook together for another 5 minutes.
