Ingredients
- 0.12 teaspoon Salt
- 0.12 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 300 g Eggplant, raw
- 600 g Tilapia
Instructions
- Rinse the Tilapia under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Slice the eggplant into small cubes.
- Season the tilapia with marjoram, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the tilapia for 4 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the tilapia and in the same pan, add the eggplant cubes. Cook until they are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve the tilapia atop the cooked eggplant as a healthy and satisfying caulirice alternative.
