Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 2 tbsp Butter - Salted
- 200 g Cauliflower - Raw
- 47.50 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 67 g Capsicum Green
Instructions
- Rinse 47.50 g of Adlai Rice (Job's Tears) under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Chop 67 g of Capsicum Green and 200 g of Cauliflower into small pieces.
- Mince 10.00 g of Garlic.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of Butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced Garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant. Cook Time: 1M
- Add the chopped Capsicum Green and Cauliflower to the skillet, sprinkle with 0.25 teaspoon of Salt and 0.25 teaspoon of ground Pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Cook Time: 10M
