Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 2 tbsp Butter - Salted
  • 200 g Cauliflower - Raw
  • 47.50 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 67 g Capsicum Green

Instructions

  1. Rinse 47.50 g of Adlai Rice (Job's Tears) under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Chop 67 g of Capsicum Green and 200 g of Cauliflower into small pieces.
  3. Mince 10.00 g of Garlic.
  4. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of Butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced Garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant. Cook Time: 1M
  6. Add the chopped Capsicum Green and Cauliflower to the skillet, sprinkle with 0.25 teaspoon of Salt and 0.25 teaspoon of ground Pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Cook Time: 10M
