Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp whole, Spices, cumin seed
  • 120 g Belly
  • 120 g Carrots, raw
  • 15 g Garlic, raw
  • 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 30 g Red Onion
  • 300 g Ground Beef
  • 300 g chicken
  • 5 g Ginger root - Raw
  • 60 g Capsicum Green
  • 60 g Red

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Finely chop the Ginger root, Red Onion, Capsicum Green, Red Capsicum, and Carrots. Mince the Garlic.
  4. Season the chicken and ground beef separately with salt and pepper.
  5. In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 15 minutes, then set aside.
  6. In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes.
  7. Add the finely chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the ground beef in the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin seeds. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  8. Combine the cooked Adlai Rice, chicken, and beef-vegetable mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious dinner.
