Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 0.25 tsp whole, Spices, cumin seed
- 120 g Belly
- 120 g Carrots, raw
- 15 g Garlic, raw
- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 30 g Red Onion
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 300 g chicken
- 5 g Ginger root - Raw
- 60 g Capsicum Green
- 60 g Red
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, about 20 minutes, then set aside.
- Finely chop the Ginger root, Red Onion, Capsicum Green, Red Capsicum, and Carrots. Mince the Garlic.
- Season the chicken and ground beef separately with salt and pepper.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 15 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the ground beef in the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin seeds. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked Adlai Rice, chicken, and beef-vegetable mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious dinner.
