2018/10/24 Breakfast Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 150 g Carrots, raw
  • 250 g Ground Beef
  • 30 g Red Onion
  • 400 g Broccoli, raw

Instructions

  1. Rinse the broccoli under cold water and chop into small florets.
  2. Peel the carrots and chop them finely.
  3. Mince the garlic and finely dice the red onion.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic, diced red onion, marjoram, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Combine the steamed vegetables with the beef mixture. Toss well to combine.
