Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 150 g Carrots, raw
- 250 g Ground Beef
- 30 g Red Onion
- 400 g Broccoli, raw
Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli under cold water and chop into small florets.
- Peel the carrots and chop them finely.
- Mince the garlic and finely dice the red onion.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, diced red onion, marjoram, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the steamed vegetables with the beef mixture. Toss well to combine.
