Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 100 g Carrots, raw
- 110 g Red
- 2 large Egg
- 200 g Ground Beef
- 300 g Broccoli, raw
- 60 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by dicing the red onion, mincing the garlic, chopping the carrots into bite-size pieces, and cutting the broccoli into florets.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add the ground beef, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the garlic and onion for about 3 minutes until softened.
- Add the chopped carrots and broccoli florets to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan. Drizzle in the honey and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Serve the beef and vegetable mixture in bowls, topped with a fried egg. Enjoy your nutrient-packed Broccoli Beef Bowl!
