Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 10 g Garlic, raw
  • 100 g Carrots, raw
  • 110 g Red
  • 2 large Egg
  • 200 g Ground Beef
  • 300 g Broccoli, raw
  • 60 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by dicing the red onion, mincing the garlic, chopping the carrots into bite-size pieces, and cutting the broccoli into florets.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the ground beef, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the garlic and onion for about 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the chopped carrots and broccoli florets to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the pan. Drizzle in the honey and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
  7. Serve the beef and vegetable mixture in bowls, topped with a fried egg. Enjoy your nutrient-packed Broccoli Beef Bowl!
