Ingredients

  • 100 g Carrots, raw
  • 15 g Calamansi
  • 180 g (cooked), Instant Vegetable Noodles
  • 200 g Okra, raw
  • 400 g chicken
  • 50 g Cabbage, raw
  • 6 tablespoon Coconut Amino

Instructions

  1. Rinse the okra, cabbage, and carrots under cold water. Slice the okra, shred the cabbage, and julienne the carrots.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the instant vegetable noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain and set aside. (Cook time: PT10M)
  4. In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until no longer pink and fully cooked through. (Cook time: PT10M)
  5. Add the prepared okra, cabbage, and carrots to the pan with the chicken. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. (Cook time: PT5M)
  6. Mix in the cooked instant noodles with the vegetable and chicken mixture. Stir well to combine.
  7. Squeeze the calamansi over the pancit and add the coconut amino. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
