Ingredients
- 100 g Carrots, raw
- 15 g Calamansi
- 180 g (cooked), Instant Vegetable Noodles
- 200 g Okra, raw
- 400 g chicken
- 50 g Cabbage, raw
- 6 tablespoon Coconut Amino
Instructions
- Rinse the okra, cabbage, and carrots under cold water. Slice the okra, shred the cabbage, and julienne the carrots.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the instant vegetable noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain and set aside. (Cook time: PT10M)
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until no longer pink and fully cooked through. (Cook time: PT10M)
- Add the prepared okra, cabbage, and carrots to the pan with the chicken. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. (Cook time: PT5M)
- Mix in the cooked instant noodles with the vegetable and chicken mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Squeeze the calamansi over the pancit and add the coconut amino. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
