- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)

- 200 g Tomatoes
- 250 g Okra, raw
- 250 g chicken
- 3 large Egg
- 30 g Red Onion
- 90 g Capsicum - Green
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, then set aside.
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the ends off the okra and slice into rounds.
- Dice the tomatoes and capsicum.
- Finely chop the red onion and garlic.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the okra, tomatoes, and capsicum to the skillet and cook until they're softened, about 10 minutes.
