Ingredients
- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 2 piece (112 g), Boneless Milkfish (Bangus)
- 3 large Egg
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold running water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, then set aside. This should take about 20 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.
- Season the boneless milkfish (Bangus) fillets with a little salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and cook the beaten eggs until fully set, then remove from the pan and set aside, approximately 8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary and cook the seasoned milkfish until golden brown on both sides, approximately 10 minutes.
- Slice the cooked eggs into strips and serve them on a plate along with the cooked Adlai Rice and the golden brown milkfish. Enjoy your nutritious lunch!
