Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino
- 1 tbsp Coconut Vinegar
- 100 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Tortang Talong
- 200 g Marinated Baby Bangus
- 300 g Okra, raw
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or pan over medium heat.
- Wash the tomatoes and okra under cold water, then slice the tomatoes and cut the okra into half-inch pieces.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- Prepare the tortang talong by dipping the sliced eggplant in the beaten egg, then frying it until golden brown on both sides.
- Grill the marinated baby bangus until it is fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes each side.
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut amino and coconut vinegar to make a simple dressing.
- Serve the grilled bangus and tortang talong with fresh slices of tomato, okra, and a drizzle of the coconut dressing.
