- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 10 g Calamansi
- 200 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat
- 30 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.
- Marinate the beef sukiyaki meat with calamansi juice, salt, and ground pepper. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the beef from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- In the same pan, add the sliced red onion and sauté until translucent and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef topped with the sautéed red onion.
