Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 10 g Calamansi
  • 200 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat
  • 30 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.
  2. Marinate the beef sukiyaki meat with calamansi juice, salt, and ground pepper. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the beef from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  5. In the same pan, add the sliced red onion and sauté until translucent and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the beef topped with the sautéed red onion.
