Ingredients

- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 100 g Carrots, raw
- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold running water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice in a pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt. Follow the package instructions for the cooking time, then set aside.
- Peel and dice the carrots into small pieces.
- Peel and mince the garlic.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the diced carrots to the pan and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the sautéed carrots and garlic. Stir well and season with salt to taste.
