  • 100 g Eggplant, raw
  • 14 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cup (133 g), Sweet Potato
  • 2 medium Carrots, raw
  • 374 g Sirloin, Raw

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Dice the carrots, eggplant, sweet potato, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Grate the sharp cheddar cheese.
  2. Season the sirloin with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned sirloin and cook for about 8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove the sirloin from the skillet and set aside.
