Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1 tbsp(s) Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
  • 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 150 g Capsicum - Green
  • 177.50 g Yakiniku (Beef Tips)
  • 3 tbsp (15g), Mayonnaise
  • 4 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
  • 5 g Garlic, raw
  • 56 g Red Onion
  • 8 tbsp Tomato Purée

Instructions

  1. Dice the red onion, mince the garlic, and chop the green capsicum and cabbage. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the Yakiniku (Beef Tips) with salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of tomato purée. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef tips for 5 minutes, or until browned. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add a tablespoon of sesame oil and sauté the diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped capsicum for 5 minutes or until they are slightly softened.
  5. Add the remaining tomato purée to the pan along with the chopped cabbage. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Return the cooked beef tips to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Serve the mixture hot, garnished with sesame seeds and drizzled with mayonnaise.
