Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
- 1 tbsp(s) Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
- 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
- 150 g Capsicum - Green
- 177.50 g Yakiniku (Beef Tips)
- 3 tbsp (15g), Mayonnaise
- 4 cup chopped, Cabbage, raw
- 5 g Garlic, raw
- 56 g Red Onion
- 8 tbsp Tomato Purée
Instructions
- Dice the red onion, mince the garlic, and chop the green capsicum and cabbage. Set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the Yakiniku (Beef Tips) with salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of tomato purée. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef tips for 5 minutes, or until browned. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add a tablespoon of sesame oil and sauté the diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped capsicum for 5 minutes or until they are slightly softened.
- Add the remaining tomato purée to the pan along with the chopped cabbage. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Return the cooked beef tips to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve the mixture hot, garnished with sesame seeds and drizzled with mayonnaise.
