Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 l Steamed Bean Curd Roll With Pork and Veg
  • 1 small (2-1/4" dia), Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), raw
  • 15 g Salad Topper
  • 20 g Lettuce Iceberg
  • 30 g Grapes - Raw
  • 50 g (1/3 cup), Lean Ground Pork

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg to your preferred doneness, then peel and set aside.
  2. Wash the grapes and tangerines, then set aside.
  3. Season the lean ground pork with your choice of herbs and spices.
  4. Cook the seasoned ground pork in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until fully cooked.
  5. Prepare the steamed bean curd roll according to package instructions.
  6. Wash the lettuce iceberg and chop it for the salad base.
  7. Assemble the salad by placing the chopped lettuce on a plate, topping it with the cooked ground pork, and adding the steamed bean curd roll slices. Garnish with the salad topper.
  8. Serve the prepared egg, grapes, and tangerines on the side to complete your nutritious lunch.
