- 1 large Egg
- 1 l Steamed Bean Curd Roll With Pork and Veg
- 1 small (2-1/4" dia), Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), raw
- 15 g Salad Topper
- 20 g Lettuce Iceberg
- 30 g Grapes - Raw
- 50 g (1/3 cup), Lean Ground Pork
Instructions
- Boil the egg to your preferred doneness, then peel and set aside.
- Wash the grapes and tangerines, then set aside.
- Season the lean ground pork with your choice of herbs and spices.
- Cook the seasoned ground pork in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until fully cooked.
- Prepare the steamed bean curd roll according to package instructions.
- Wash the lettuce iceberg and chop it for the salad base.
- Assemble the salad by placing the chopped lettuce on a plate, topping it with the cooked ground pork, and adding the steamed bean curd roll slices. Garnish with the salad topper.
- Serve the prepared egg, grapes, and tangerines on the side to complete your nutritious lunch.
