Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Blanched Green Beans
- 0.50 tsp(s) Salt
- 0.50 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 108 g Red
- 140 g Red Onion
- 2 tbsp , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 26 g Garlic, raw
- 294 g Carrots, raw
- 300 g Sukiyaki beef
Instructions
- Prepare the carrots by washing them thoroughly. Use a spiralizer to create carrot noodles.
- Thinly slice the red onion and dice the garlic.
- Trim the green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the sukiyaki beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the green beans and carrot noodles into the pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, and oregano. Cook for an additional 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
